Our studio offers nearly 30 classes per week, catering to all levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners. We offer four specialised therapy classes within our timetable, as well as personal yoga therapy sessions on Fridays for students managing more complex injuries or medical conditions (by appointment only).

We regularly hold workshops for all levels and host guest teachers from across Australia and overseas throughout the year. Additionally, we offer teacher training courses for those looking to deepen their understanding of yoga teaching or embark on the journey to becoming an Iyengar Yoga teacher.
