Our 2 Week Introductory Pass is designed for new students to the studio, offering the opportunity to experience different class types and teachers at MYC. It is not intended for students who already attend classes or have previously practiced with us.
This pass offers great value, allowing you to attend unlimited classes for two weeks. Further details about the pass are provided below.

What classes are included?
This pass is valid for all our regular classes, as well as our Yoga Therapy group classes, including Knees & Hips, Neck & Shoulders, Neck & Back, and Restorative.
We encourage you to explore every class type at your level. Please note, Yoga Therapy Personal Sessions are not included in this pass.

Is it suitable for beginners?
This pass is not the best option for students with no prior yoga experience. If you're completely new to yoga, we recommend starting with our Begin classes. You can join Beginning classes with a casual pass or opt for our Unlimited 5 Week Begin Pass for just $70.
The 2 Week Introductory Pass allows you to attend any of our Begin classes. If you're new to Iyengar Yoga, these classes provide an excellent introduction to this structured and alignment focused style of yoga.

Do I need prior experience?
Ideally, students would have some prior yoga experience, whether from another Iyengar Yoga studio or a different style of yoga. We encourage students from other yoga styles to use this pass as an opportunity to experience Iyengar Yoga at MYC.
Please note, this pass is not suitable for complete beginners. If you’re new to yoga, we recommend our Unlimited 5 Week Begin Pass for a structured introduction.

What classes should I attend?
Ideally you attend classes at your level. If you are still learning inversions or are not yet familiar with them, our Developing classes are a great fit. If you regularly and confidently practice all inversions, our General classes are the right choice.
We also encourage you to explore our Yoga Therapy group classes to experience the different classes we offer. Additionally, you may enjoy trying one of our dynamic morning classes, tailored to your level.
